Complete the claim form and upload your purchase receipt during the online claim process
Alternately, print off the claim form containing your claim ID and write your claim ID on a copy of your tax invoice or purchase receipt showing a zero balance outstanding and submit by email or post to:

Your completed claim and tax invoice or purchase receipt showing a zero balance outstanding must be received to Panasonic by mail, email or online upload no later than 11:59pm AEST 21/08/2018. See full terms and conditions*.
You will be sent updates from Pansonic to confirm your claim has been received, validated and when the EFTPOS card is on it's way to you. Once submitted to Panasonic, you can check on your claim using your claim ID or contact Panasonic Customer Care on 1800 446 347 during business hours (AEST/AEDST) if you have any questions.
