Greg Dawson
Greg Dawson Born in 1970 at Manly Hospital, Greg completed the School Certificate in 1986, he then commenced with Daikin as an Apprentice Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic in 1987.
He accomplished his trade in 1990 and moved to internal sales within Daikin in 1991.
In 1992 he moved to an External Sales Representative covering New South Wales and from 1995 to 1997 Greg was employed within an Air Conditioning company in Sydney as well as a short period working for Carrier.
1997 saw Greg move to Newcastle and this has been his home ever since.
From 1997 to 2004 he worked for a local Air Conditioning company before purchasing TOZER with Drew and Mick in July 2004.
Greg holds certificates in his trade; Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic including TAFE certificate; Westpac Financial Management (Small Business Mgt) & OHS.
Drew Stephens
Drew Stephens born in 1973 at Newcastle Hospital, commenced as an Apprentice Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic in 1990.
He completed his trade in 1994 and continued in the same local Air Conditioning company for a total of eight years.
Next stop; Europe, Drew travelled around the UK and Europe for two years. The highlight of the trip being cycling around Ireland taking in the sights and all Ireland has to offer.
On his return Drew started his own business installing Air Conditioning as a sub-contractor for a variety of companies, this is when he met Michael and Greg.
In 2004 the trio combined to take TOZER Air Conditioning to the next level.
Drew’s accreditation consists of Trade and TAFE Certificates in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic; Westpac Financial Management (Small Business Mgt) & OHS certificates, Certificate 1 in Refereeing.
Michael Reynolds
Born in 1971 at Waratah Hospital, Michael completed the School Certificate in 1988 at St Paul's High School Booragul. The same year he commenced an Electrical Trade Certificate and fully fulfilled his trade in 1992. He continued his trade as a sub-contractor until 1999 when he started his own business, becoming entirely self-employed.
Mick has a young family and is the proud father of Layla.
Mick’s certification consists of Trade and TAFE Certificates in Electrotechnology Electrical Mechanic; Energy Australia Approved accreditation; Westpac Financial Management (Small Business Mgt) & OHS certificates.
